What are Recurring Debts?

Recurring Debts automatically generate future debt entries based on a schedule you define (weekly, monthly, or custom intervals). You’ll receive reminders if notifications are enabled in Settings. Perfect for rent, subscriptions, or regular payments.

Groups help you categorize debts by people, projects, or trips. For example, create a “Roommates” group for shared apartment expenses, or a “Europe Trip” group for vacation costs. This keeps everything organized and easy to find.

Split Expenses allows you to divide costs among multiple people, ideal for trips or group activities. Add participants, record who paid for what, and the app automatically calculates who owes whom. It even suggests optimal payment arrangements to minimize transactions!

Split Bill is a quick calculator that divides any bill amount among participants. Enter the total amount, number of people, and optional tip percentage—the app instantly calculates each person’s share.

This feature uses your camera to scan receipts and automatically extract items and prices. After scanning, you can assign items to different people, split individual items among multiple people, and add tips. It’s the easiest way to divide restaurant bills!

Yes. Go to Settings > Default Currency to select your preferred currency. This will be used for all new entries. Currency conversions are displayed inline where applicable.

Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account. Go to your account settings to cancel. We cannot cancel subscriptions directly.

No. All your data is stored locally on your device. We cannot access it, and we don’t have servers that store your information.

No! Deby works completely offline and doesn’t require any account creation. All your data is stored locally on your device.

Yes! All core features work offline. Only to scan a new receipt (AI feature) requires internet connection.

You can use the free version to test all features. The free version has the same functionality, just with usage limits.

Go to Settings > Tap “Upgrade to Premium”, scroll until the end of the page > Tap “Restore Purchase”. Your premium status will be restored if you’ve purchased it before.

Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings. You’ll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Your premium features will stop working, but your data remains safe. You’ll revert to free version limits. You can always upgrade again later.

App Won't Open

1. Force close the app
